Product information “Vixen ED80Sf Porta II Telescope”
The ED80Sf Porta II is a compact 80 mm ED apochromat with a travel-friendly design and a high-contrast, true-colour image quality. When used in combination with the Porta mount, the ED80Sf is the ideal travel telescope for on-the-go observations of eclipses, deep-sky objects and the planets. The exceptional complete set includes a carry case for the telescope, a Crayford focuser, a 9×50 finder, flip mirror and Porta mount.
The Porta mount can be easily adjusted via a slip clutch mechanism, meaning there is no need to pull a clamping lever to lock the telescope in position, before tracking adjustments are made. This speeds up observations and is extremely convenient to use.
