The Celestron Astromaster series of telescopes are designed for novice night sky observers.\u00a0Several amenities have been applied here, thanks to which entering the world of amateur astronomy will be simple and pleasant.\u00a0These telescopes offer affordable price, mobility and extensive equipment.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Astromaster 114 EQ is a Newtonian reflecting telescope with a lens diameter of 114 mm and a focal length of 1000 mm.\u00a0This telescope has a special system that increases the focal length, thanks to which the tube is short and handy.\u00a0A mirror this size collects 187 times more light than the human eye.\u00a0At f \/ 8.8 it is quite universal equipment.\u00a0A telescope with such parameters will be very good for observing bright objects of the Solar System.\u00a0We will see numerous details on the surface of the moon, sunspots (it is necessary to use a solar filter), belts in the atmosphere of Jupiter and four Galilean moons, rings of Saturn, phases of Venus and the shield of Mars.\u00a0This telescope also enables interesting observations of bright deep sky objects such as star clusters, nebular objects and distant galaxies.<\/p>\n

The telescope is mounted on the CG-2 equatorial mount intended for astronomical observations.\u00a0After the mount is properly set to the north blue pole, we can easily follow the observed object in its movement across the sky.\u00a0The mounting legs are extendable, and the whole thing is sufficiently stable to minimize vibrations during observation.\u00a0The set includes two glasses and a Red Dot finder, thanks to which we can easily point the telescope at the object of interest.<\/p>\n

Due to its light weight, the telescope is ideally suited as a portable device that can be taken by car to regions with better air transparency, far from the city.<\/p>\n
