Concerning planet observations, you can reach\u00a0<b>magnifications up to 260x<\/b>\u00a0and the planet discs show up in impressing size.<\/p>\n<p><b>The EQ2 is a useful parallactic mounting with an outstanding price-performance ratio.<\/b>\u00a0Its stability provides some beautiful and enjoyable hours with your telescope under the impressing sky. It permits a fine adjustment in declination and right ascension axis and can be\u00a0<b>refitted with an electronic tracking motor drive<\/b>\u00a0(to compensate the earth rotation) which replaces exhausting manual tracking.<\/p>\n<p>The mounting EQ-2:<\/p>\n<p>This parallytic mounting bares already the opportunity to arrange optics exactely to the polestar. You get a fairly large lens at a very low price. Apart from the Moon and the planets, the 130 mm aperture enables you to observe also certain bright nebulae and galaxies. However, the mount is too weak for long exposure photography.
